Mascherine
È passato più di un mese e siamo ancora li tutti insieme, pescati un po’ a caso, da vari reparti, eppure sembra che ci conosciamo da una vita, o almeno, nel caso del mio turno a me sembra così, sarà perché di 8, tre compreso me, arrivano dalla cardio, ma non credo sia questo il motivo, è che, quando condividi un esperienza come questa, con altri infermieri, è inevitabile che si crei un rapporto speciale fra di noi. In fondo abbiamo affrontato insieme, il pericolo legato a questa malattia, che ha spaventato tutto il mondo o quasi e sono sicuro che noi 8, non ci dimenticheremo mai gli uni degli altri, ne della gioia provata, quando salutavamo i nostri pazienti che venivano dimessi al loro domicilio.
Ma soprattutto ricorderemo gli sguardi, i nostri occhi che guardando oltre le mascherine dicevano : sono qui anch’io dai che ce la facciamo insieme, si lo so è difficile ma siamo qui insieme.
Dedicato a : Anastasia, Anna, Cinzia, Cristian, Mary, Simona, Valentina e a tutti gli altri colleghi della cardio e degli altri reparti che lavorano in Chirurgia Emergenza Covid 19.
Masks
It’s been more than a month and we’re all still there together, caught a little bit at random, from various departments, and yet it seems like we’ve known each other for a lifetime, or at least, in the case of my shift it seems so to me, it will be because 8, three including me, come from cardio, but I don’t think so. It is that when you share an experience like this with other nurses, it is inevitable that a special relationship will be created between us. After all, we have faced together the danger of this disease, which has frightened the whole world, or almost frightened it, and I am sure that the 8 of us will never forget each other, nor the joy we felt when we said goodbye to our patients who were coming to the hospital discharged at their home. But above all we will remember the glances, our eyes that looking beyond the masks said: I’m here too, we can do it together, yes I know it’s difficult but we are together here.
