E così il COVID19 è arrivato anche nel reparto di psichiatria. Siamo sempre considerati come particolari, diversi, le cose che accadono qui da noi non si vedono da nessuna parte. Ce lo dicono tutti, e anche questa volta è andata così: chi ha rifiutato la mascherina, chi se ne metteva sei tutte insieme, chi la perdeva in continuazione, chi la scambiava con gli altri, chi rimaneva isolato in camera, chi abbracciava e baciava tutti, chi pensava solo a fumare, chi invece ha mostrato un tale buon senso che ci sarebbe piaciuto metterlo al posto di alcuni nostri governanti. Abbiamo attraversato la tempesta perfetta su una barchetta sgangherata ma ce l’abbiamo fatta e, forse, davvero questa notte sta passando… Grazie a tutti dal profondo del nostro cuore!
And so COVID19 also arrived in the psych ward. We are always regarded as peculiar, different, the things that happen here are nowhere to be seen. Everybody tells us this, and this time too it was like this: those who refused masks, those who put six all together, those who lost it all the time, those who exchanged it with the others, those who remained isolated in their rooms, those who hugged and kissed everybody, those who only thought about smoking, those who instead showed such good sense that we would have liked to put them in the place of some of our managers. We went through the perfect storm on a ramshackle boat but we made it and maybe this night is really going on… Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts!
